Nerys' career began after studying at the prestigious University of Central England, Birmingham School of Jewellery where her achievements were awarded a high distinction in 2002. During this time she also gained several awards from the British Jewellers Association (BJA), including first and second year HND student of the year, and then the Birmingham School of Jewellery runner up student of the year. She went on to win first prize for the Goldsmiths group design award 2002 which led to her gold and diamond trilogy collection being put into production and sold nationally on the high street. Following university she went onto work for the premier retailers at their head office based in Leicester gaining further experience in designing.

In 2003 Nerys moved back to Somerset and the familiarity and comfort of the workbench. Here her ambition to make handcrafted jewellery could be given all of her attention, alongside goldsmiths in Wells and Bath. Having worked for a national retailer and independent jewellers Nerys decided in 2006 to set up her own business.

Using her expertise and design flair Nerys has developed several ranges of jewellery, but also creates beautiful commissioned pieces to suit individual needs. Using traditional and modern techniques she is dedicated to providing the best quality, including using the best materials. Her care and attention to detail have ensured she has a excellent reputation.

In 2008 Nerys moved to Frameus gallery in the heart of Wells where she has her own studio. Her fresh and exciting designs are on display with the opportunity to meet her where she can provide the best service to all of her customers.
