Nestled away in Wells, one of the smallest cities in the United Kingdom, Nerys has been making luxury jewelley for many years. With a love for making Nerys' career in jewellery began after studing at the prestigious University of Central England, Birmingham School of Jewellery where her achievments were awarded a high distinction in 2002.
During her time at university Nerys gained several awards from the British Jewellers Association (BJA), including first and second year HND student of the year. Furthermore she went on to win first prize for the Goldsmiths group design award 2002 which led to her designs being put into production and sold nationally on the high street.
Originally from Somerset, in 2003 Nerys moved back to her roots and the familiarity of the workbench where her passion for making jewellery began again alongside goldsmiths in Wells and Bath. By working for a national retailer and independant jewellers Nerys decided in 2006 to set up her own independant jewellers at Frameus in the heart of Wells. Her fresh and exciting designs are on display with the opportunity to meet her and maybe discuss your own commissioned piece. Having gained considerable experience from many aspects of the jewellery trade Nerys is now renowned for her expertise using the perfect blend of the finest materials together with uncomprimising attention to detail. She takes pride in all her pieces and first and foremost looking after her customers. In turn this has ensured her excellent reputation with an extensive client base around the country.
